Yes. You can upload ABSOLUTELY ALL mod packs and mods to your server with one click from the control panel or via SFTP.

In most cases you get the server instantly. However, there may occasionally be delays of a few hours in activation due to a long queue (especially in the evening/night). You don't need to do anything, just wait.

A refund is only possible if there were errors on our side, such as prolonged technical maintenance (which happens a few times a year). Funds are not refunded because you were unable to configure your server (for example, you failed to install plugins, etc.). Check our knowledge base and review the materials. You can read more about the refund policy in the agreement before registering.

Don't panic 🙂 Remember, if your server won't start, it means you misconfigured it. So you simply NEED TO REINSTALL IT, and it will return to default settings. In the future, read what the console says; it indicates 99% of all errors. Also monitor the server load. If you don't know or can't do something, check out our YouTube channel. Because the server must be configured FROM SCRATCH ON THE HOSTING. Your computer and the hosting are two different things.

Yes. You can upgrade to a better plan by simply paying the price difference. There is no need to re-purchase the server. Your server data will remain. You can do this in the billing section (where your service is located).

Yes, you can contact our support on the website and we'll give you advice and recommendations on what to do. BUT! We will not configure your entire server for you. We do not offer that service. We have an extensive knowledge base where you'll find answers to all the main questions about server configuration.
