✔️ To upload an icon at the Minecraft server, you need to have a 64x64 image in PNG format. You can resize it online on special image editing sites.

1) Edit the name of the image to "server-icon".

2) Next, connect to your server via FTP.

3) Upload the icon to the root of the server (where your core is).

Ready!

Now you just have to restart your server!
