1) Find the resource-pack we are interested in and download it.
2) Turn off the server in the control panel.
3) Upload the resource-pack to the root folder.
This can be done through the FTP client - FileZila. Instructions about connecting - HERE.
4) Open the "Server.Properties" file and enter the name of the pack in the "resource-pack" line.
5) Do not forget to save the changes.
6) The next time you enter the server, you will be prompted to start downloading the resource-pack. Agree by clicking "Yes" and then restart the server.
