Unfortunately, even experienced players do not always cope with their server and start blaming the hosting. But the responsibility lies only on your shoulders and we explain why!
1. Wrong choice of tariff.
This is the most common mistake among beginners. In order for the server to work stably and not be overloaded, buy a tariff that matches the server load. If you buy the minimum tariff and install version 1.19+ on it, download add-ons and invite friends, then your server will simply fall down after a while, because 2 GB of RAM and one core is not enough for such loads.
2. Installing a huge number of mods and/or plugins.
If you install a lot of plugins and / or mods, then don't be surprised why something doesn't work for you. Sometimes plugins can conflict and give errors. If you still want to install a lot of add-ons - do it carefully and with the expectation that you will need to buy more power and carefully study what the console writes.
3. You don't look for errors in the console.
You definitely need to look at the console for errors, warnings, and so on. Sometimes something can crash or give an error about some element. Reading errors is easy enough - look at the name of the plugin and type the error into the Internet. In 99% of cases there will be a solution. If this is only a warning, then translate it and pay attention.
4. You do not look into our knowledge base, constantly asking support team questions that are answered on the Internet.
You need to learn how to google and look at our knowledge base. You will find an answer to almost every elementary (and not so) question. You need to learn and understand what is what.
5. Make server as a "blueprint".
Copying servers, downloading ready-made assemblies only by changing everything to your name is not smart enough. Before you create a server, you need to have a fantasy, an idea that will give a “push” to the promotion of the server. It's working thanks to your own good ideas and making your project flourish.
